Who we are
Pet Disneyfication (Bredt Illustrations) is a Netherlands-based illustration business run by Isa. For anything to do with your personal data, you can reach us at petdisneyfication@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you enter the raffle or submit an open commission request, we collect:
- Your name and e-mail address
- How many pets you’d like drawn
- Photos of your pet(s), if you choose to upload them
- An account (with a password) so you can check your status later
We don’t currently use any third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site. The only cookies set are the ones WordPress itself uses to keep you logged in.
Why we collect it
To run the raffle or review your commission request, contact you if you’re picked, and let you check your status without having to e-mail us every time. Submitting the entry form requires ticking a box confirming you understand this — that’s your consent, and it’s the legal basis we rely on.
Who we share it with
We use Brevo to send e-mail (for example, account-related messages). Brevo processes your e-mail address on our behalf as part of that. We don’t sell or share your data with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Your account and entry are kept for 2 years from whichever is more recent: your last submission, or the last time you logged in. After that, they’re deleted automatically, photos included.
Your rights
You can:
- Delete your account yourself, any time, from the account page — this removes your account, your entry, and your photos immediately and permanently.
- Ask us what data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything that’s wrong.
- Object to how we’re using your data.
If you’re not happy with how we’ve handled something, you can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Children
This isn’t a service aimed at children. If you’re under 16, please have a parent or guardian submit an entry on your behalf.
Changes to this policy
If what we collect or how we use it changes, we’ll update this page.
