About me
Hi, thanks for visiting my site!
I’m Isa, a 25-year-old illustrator from the Netherlands, but most people know me as Pet Disneyfication.
I have studied Illustration & Animation for two years at St. Joost Breda, but decided to follow my passion and start my own illustration business in 2019.
I have always had a passion for animals and art and have somehow managed to combine them into a full-time job; pet portrait artist!
My greatest inspirations are the old 2D animated works from Disney, Dreamworks and Don Bluth, which I have loved for as long as I can remember. In my portraits, I try to capture an animal’s spirit, with the twist that they look like they could star in their very own animated movie!
Commission information
How does it work?
Because of the high demand, commissions are accepted via a monthly raffle. The winners of a commission spot are randomly picked on the 4th day of each month. Entering the raffle is free of charge, but the commissions themselves are paid.
To enter the raffle, click here or the button “Enter here” and fill out the form. This form is only available on the first 3 days of each month!
Pricing:
- 95 USD per pet
- +40 USD per background
There is a maximum of 4 pets per person!
If you have multiple pets, they can be drawn together in one picture or separate. This does not affect the price.
FAQ
I use PayPal for payment.
No, the drawings are for personal use only. You can make prints for yourself, friends and family, but not for selling. Prices for commercial work (logo’s, merchandise) are higher.
I will draw any pet! I do only draw pet portraits, so no humans.
I have drawn goats, hamsters, dogs, cats, lizards, birds, pigs, horses and ferrets before.
The portraits are sent digitally.
They are A1 size, at 300dpi. I send them as .jpeg and .png files, but I can send them as different formats if desired.
Files with a hand drawn background can be different dimensions.
I will need several (3-5) reference pictures of your pet(s), where the body, face, markings and tail are visible. Preferably pictures that are not too dark. The overall quality doesn’t have to be perfect, as long as I can see your pet’s personality I’ll figure something out!
When entering the raffle, you can upload a maximum of 3 pictures to the site. Don’t worry about not being able to send more pictures! If you are picked for a commission spot we will have contact via email and you can provide more pics and specifications.
You will receive an email from me, and you can check your status on your profile.
The form is only available on the first 3 days of each month (e.g. March 1st – 3rd)
January is an exception to this rule, due to the holidays!
If you are checking the site on the first days of the month and still cannot view the raffle form, please try visiting the site on desktop instead of mobile.
